WE OPERATE ACROSS 4 STRATEGIC PILLARS:

UNPARALLELED
EXPERTISE

LOCAL COMMITMENT, NATIONAL RESOURCES

CLIENT SATISFACTION

EXPERIENCE
The combination of these various pillars gives the firm a competitive edge in excelling the practice of public insurance adjusting, property loss consulting and loss appraisal.
We won’t rest until you receive the proper indemnity owed by your property owner’s or commercial insurance policy.
Public adjusters works off of contingency, meaning you are not required to pay out-of pocket. When a claim is settled – the fee comes out of that, and it is only applied to any new monies recovered after the Public Adjuster has become involved.
We are here to help people that have the deck stacked against them.
HOW THE PROCESS WORKS
While insurance claim filing can be a cumbersome affair, we ensure it’s done in just 4 simple steps.

We communicate and negotiate with our client’s insurance companies, which is a process that evolves along with the claim’s development. Many adjustments and iterations are made in this stage – including issues of policy coverage, local, state & federal laws being addressed.
Mitigation and reconstruction of building systems are then presented and debated with the insurance company’s adjuster.

With the complex nature of insurance claims, our team’s unwavering commitment to and knowledge of your rights and duties as a policyholder under an insurance policy, is a critical facet of the process.
Our goal is simple: Maximum recovery and indemnity of the policyholder’s property loss. We exhaust all avenues when ensuring that the property owner achieves a fair settlement that will return them to pre-loss conditions.
